I actually took these photos back in March and just sat on them. Back in December when I first started going to my schools, I noticed a particularly large Buddha tucked up off the road. Turns out it was a temple. The caretakers are a local family, and I spent a little time talking to the mother of the household during my scouting trip (I tend to visit locations before circling back for pictures). I got the OK and went on a sunny weekend afternoon to pay a visit and walk around. Overall, pretty good day.
